RON lets you have documents notarized through a secure live video session using approved technology, without meeting in person. As an Ohio-commissioned RON notary, I can serve signers located anywhere, as long as the receiving party accepts an electronically notarized document.
Yes. I meet at public locations throughout the Greater Columbus area, and can visit hospitals and assisted living facilities when needed.
A current, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) and your unsigned document. Please don't sign ahead of time; you'll sign in front of me.
Yes. In Ohio, the seller's section of the title must be signed in front of a notary. Bring the original title and your photo ID, and don't sign the title until we meet. Online notarization doesn't work for paper titles, so this is a mobile or pop-up appointment.
No. I don't draft documents or provide legal advice. My role is limited to performing lawful notarial acts. For questions about what a document means, please consult an attorney.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive an invoice with payment instructions. Online (RON) sessions are paid in full before the session. Mobile appointments require a travel fee to hold the time, with the balance due at the appointment.
